Return policy applies to all products except clearance products.

We support 45 days unconditional return, 90 days unconditional exchange.

3. What items are returnable?

The product is unopened and can be resold.The product not used or undamaged.The product is in the original packaging state.

4. When the product is returned, which party needs to be responsible for the freight?

Customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective or wrong.

5. What is the return process?

We will send you a return address by email.
Post the item(s) to us via your preferred shipment method.
You will be notified via email once your parcel reaches us.
